Scarification & overseeding
Through initial scarification we remove all the unhealthy grass, moss and thatch. We then drop spread your new seed and professionally top dress with the finest 70/30 mix on the market. This keeps the birds from the seed and helps establish a strong germination. Your developing lawn will need to be regularly watered and you can expect to see a healthy, lush new lawn within 4–6 weeks.
